Mango Halwa

Ingredients:
Mango Fruit - 1
Water - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 2 1/2 (or) 3 Cup
Ghee - As per ur requirement
Bhadam, Cashew, Dried Grapes - As per ur requirement

Method:
1. Take the water in a vessel. Put the sugar in it and heat it.Dont heat so much, so that it 'll become semi solid (very hard)
2. In the mean time, take the fruit mango. Peal of its skin, take the inner fruit, smash it and put this in that cooking sugar+water mixture along with the ghee. Stir it well.
3. When that mixture come to a state of semi solid i.e. halwa state, add fried Bhadam, Cashew and Dried Grapes. Now ur tasty mango halwa is ready.
